Dalam upaya memperkuat sistem pencegahan dan penanganan Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS) yang berperspektif korban, Kementerian PPPA bersama BPSDM Hukum Kementerian Hukum menyelenggarakan Training of Trainers (ToT) Pencegahan dan Penanganan TPKS.

🤝 Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparat penegak hukum, tenaga layanan pemerintah, serta lembaga penyedia layanan berbasis masyarakat agar mampu memberikan perlindungan, pendampingan, dan akses keadilan yang lebih baik bagi korban.

📚 Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta dibekali pemahaman mengenai hak-hak korban, prinsip non-diskriminasi, kesetaraan gender, serta pendekatan yang humanis dalam setiap tahapan penanganan TPKS.

👩‍⚖️ Kepala BPSDM Hukum Kementerian Hukum, Gusti Ayu Putu Suwardani, menegaskan bahwa tujuan utama pelatihan ini bukan hanya memahami teori, tetapi juga membentuk fasilitator yang kompeten, profesional, dan berempati terhadap korban.

🌏 Didukung Pemerintah Australia melalui program INKLUSI dan AIPJ3, pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu melahirkan agen-agen perubahan yang akan memperluas penguatan kapasitas SDM di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.

As part of efforts to strengthen a victim-centered system for the prevention and handling of Sexual Violence Crimes (TPKS), the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Law’s Human Resources Development Agency for Law (BPSDM Hukum), has organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence Crimes.

🤝 This initiative is a strategic step to enhance the capacity of law enforcement officials, government service providers, and community-based service organizations to deliver better protection, support, and access to justice for survivors.

📚 Through the training, participants gain a deeper understanding of survivors’ rights, the principles of non-discrimination and gender equality, and the importance of applying a humane, survivor-centered approach throughout every stage of handling sexual violence cases.

👩‍⚖️ Gusti Ayu Putu Suwardani, Head of the Ministry of Law’s Human Resources Development Agency for Law, emphasized that the program’s primary objective is not only to build participants’ knowledge, but also to develop competent, professional, and empathetic trainers who can effectively support survivors.

🌏 Supported by the Australian Government through the Australia–Indonesia Partnership Towards an Inclusive Society (INKLUSI) and the Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Justice Phase 3 (AIPJ3), the training is expected to cultivate agents of change who will expand the capacity of human resources across Indonesia.
