Melalui penguatan Pos Bantuan Hukum (Posbankum), Kementerian Hukum juga mendorong desa menjadi sentra penyelesaian masalah hukum masyarakat, sehingga akses terhadap keadilan semakin dekat, cepat, dan merata

The Ministry of Law has launched an integrated training program on the implementation of the new Criminal Code (KUHP) and Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) for law enforcement officials, in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA), the Ministry for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (Kementerian P2MI), and the Australian Government through the Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Justice Phase 3 (AIPJ3).

This partnership strengthens the capacity of law enforcement officials to provide more effective protection for vulnerable groups.

Through the strengthening of Legal Aid Posts (Pos Bantuan Hukum/Posbankum), the Ministry of Law is also promoting villages as community-based legal assistance and dispute resolution centers, bringing access to justice closer, faster, and more equitable for all.
